摘要
目的:探讨将磷酸奥司他韦联合氯雷他定治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年3月盘锦辽油宝石花医院收治的急性上呼吸道感染患儿92例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患儿分成观察组(n=46)与对照组(n=46)。对照组给予氯雷他定治疗,观察组给予磷酸奥司他韦联合氯雷他定治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状缓解时间、免疫功能。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.65%,高于对照组的80.43%(P<0.05);观察组咽痛、发热、咳嗽、食欲不振等症状缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:磷酸奥司他韦联合氯雷他定治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染的效果显著,可加快临床症状缓解时间,改善患儿免疫功能。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and immune function of oseltamivir phosphate combined with loratadine in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods:A total of 92 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection who were admitted in Panjin Liaoyou Gem Flower Hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the children were divided into the observation group(n=46)and the control group(n=46)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with loratadine,and the observation group was treated with oseltamivir phosphate combined with loratadine.The clinical eficacy,symptom relief time and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than 80.43%of the control group(P<0.05).The remission time of sore throat,fever,cough and anorexia in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8*was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of oseltamivir phosphate combined with loratadine in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children is remarkable,which can accelerate the remission time of clinical symptoms and improve the immune functionofchildren.
