双歧杆菌四联活菌辅助治疗对2型糖尿病患者肠道菌群及血清网膜素-1的影响

Effect of Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Adjuvant Therapy on Intestinal Flora and Serum Omentin-1 in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌辅助治疗对2型糖尿病患者肠道菌群及血清网膜素-1的影响。方法:选取本院2019年1月—2021年6月收治的120例2型糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础省联合双歧杆菌四联活菌辅助治疗,比较两组治疗前后的肠道菌群、血清网膜素-1、脂肪酸结合蛋白、血糖相关指标、血脂相关指标。结果:治疗后,观察组双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌高于对照组,肠球菌、拟杆菌、肠杆菌低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清网膜素-1高于对照组,脂肪酸结合蛋白低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:双歧杆菌四联活菌辅助治疗2型糖尿病患者可以改善患者肠道菌群与血清网膜素-1,并且降低患者血糖指标,改善患者血脂指标。

Objective:To investigate the effect of bifidobacterium tetravaccine adjuvant therapy on intestinal flora and serum omentin-1 in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with routine treatment in the basic province combined with the adjuvant treatment of bifidobacterium tetravaccine.The intestinal flora,serum omentin-1,fatty acid binding protein,blood glucose related indexes and blood lipid related indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,Enterococcus,Bacteroides and Enterobacter were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Serum omentin-1 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and fatty acid binding protein was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The adjuvant treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus by bifidobacterium tetravaccine can improve the intestinal flora and serum omentin-1,reduce the blood glucose index and improve the blood lipid index of patients.
