微信平台健康教育对心脏瓣膜置换术后患者服用华法林的影响 被引量:2

Effect of WeChat Platform Health Education on Patients Taking Warfarin After Cardiac Valve Replacement

摘要 目的:探究微信平台健康教育对心脏瓣膜置换术后患者服用华法林的影响。方法:选取该院2019年1月—2022年1月收治的200例心脏瓣膜置换术后服用华法林患者,使用摸球法随机分为对照组100例和观察组100例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上予以微信平台健康教育,比较两组知识掌握程度、自护能力、生活质量水平、并发症发生率、依从性。结果:观察组知识掌握程度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组自我护理技能、自我概念、健康知识、自我护理责任评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对心脏瓣膜置换术后服用华法林患者予以微信平台健康教育,有利于提高患者对药物的了解,提高患者自护能力和生活质量水平,值得临床应用。 Objective:To explore the application effect of health education based on WeChat platform in oral administration of warfarin in patients after cardiac valve replacement.Methods:A total of 200 patients who took warfarin after heart valve replacement admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were randomly divided into a control group(100 cases)and an observation group(100 cases)using the touch ball method.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received health education based on the WeChat platform on the basis of the control group.The knowledge mastery,self-care ability,quality of life,complication rate,and compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:The mastery of knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of selfcare skills,self-concept,health knowledge and self-care responsibility in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education based on WeChat platform for patients taking warfarin after cardiac valve replacement is helpful to improve patients'understanding of drugs,improve patients'self-care ability and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application.
