多功能医用冷疗装置在踝部骨折早期软组织肿胀治疗中的应用

Application of Multi-functional Medical Cold Therapy Device in the Treatment of Early Soft Tissue Swelling of Ankle Fracture

目的研究探讨多功能医用冷疗装置在踝部骨折早期软组织肿胀治疗中的应用效果。方法选取收治的80例踝部骨折伴早期软组织肿胀患者为对象,随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各40例。对照组以使用普通冷疗干预,观察组采用多功能医用冷疗装置干预。对两组患者的干预前、干预24 h、36 h、48 h、60 h、72 h的肿胀程度、疼痛评分、舒适度评分进行比较,并评估对比两组患者的干预满意度。结果观察组患者干预24 h、36 h、48 h、60 h、72 h时肿胀值低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组在干预24 h、36 h、48 h、60 h、72h时的数字疼痛评分表(NRS)评分均都对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者在干预24 h、36 h、48 h、60 h、72 h时的Kolcaba的舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者对干预的满意度为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组患者为75.00%(30/40)(P<0.05)。结论多功能医用冷疗装置在踝部骨折早期软组织肿胀治疗中有良好的应用价值,能够降低患者的疼痛感,提高患者的舒适度,改善患者的满意度。

Objective To study the effect of multifunctional medical cold treatment device in the treatment of early soft tissue swelling of ankle fracture.Methods 80 patients with ankle fracture and early soft tissue swelling admitted to Rugao People's Hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases each.The control group was intervened by ordinary cold therapy,while the observation group was intervened by multifunctional medical cold therapy device.The swelling degree,pain score and comfort score of the two groups of patients before the intervention and at 24 h,36 h,48 h,60 h and 72 h after the intervention were compared,and the satisfaction of the two groups of patients with the intervention was evaluated and compared.Results The swelling value of patients in the observation group at 24 h,36 h,48 h,60 h and 72 h after intervention was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The NRS scores of the observation group at 24 h,36 h,48 h,60 h and 72 h of intervention were all in the control group(P<0.05).The Kolcaba comfort scale(GCQ)scores of patients in the observation group at 24 h,36 h,48 h,60 h and 72 h of intervention were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The patients in the observation group were 95.00%(38/40)satisfied with the intervention,which was 75.00%(30/40)higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The multifunctional medical cold treatment device has good application value in the treatment of early soft tissue swelling of ankle fracture,which can reduce the patient's pain,improve the patient's comfort,and improve the patient's satisfaction,and can be widely used in orthopaedic clinic.
