芦丁镇痛作用机制研究进展及临床应用展望

芦丁是从芸香科植物芸香中分离出的一种黄酮类化合物,具有抗炎、抗氧化、保护血管和镇痛等多种药理作用。芦丁作为天然镇痛产物,虽然具有副作用小、不易产生耐受性等优点,但是存在的不稳定、生物利用度低的缺陷仍限制了它的临床应用。该文对芦丁的镇痛靶点进行总结,同时基于芦丁的代谢及工艺改进对芦丁的临床应用进行展望,以期为芦丁镇痛的进一步研究以及药物开发和应用提供思路。

Rutin is extracted from Ruta graveolens L.with many pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation,protecting cardiovascular system and analgesia.As a natural product,rutin has the advantages of low side effects and difficult tolerance,but its instability and low bioavailability still limit its clinical application.This paper summarizes the analgesic mechnism of rutin,and looks forward to the clinical application of rutin based on its derivative and dosage forms.It is expected to provide ideas for further analgesic research and drug development and application of rutin in the future.
