藏族和汉族牙周炎患者龈下微生物群落结构分析

摘要 目的 比较西藏藏族和汉族牙周炎患者龈下微生物群落结构的差异,并初步探讨汉族牙周炎患者从高海拔地区到低海拔地区后龈下微生物群落结构的变化。方法 纳入长期在西藏的藏族牙周炎患者20例和汉族牙周炎19例,用Illumina MiSeq测序平台进行龈下菌斑的16SrRNA高通量测序,对比分析二者的微生物群落结构差异。选择5例西藏汉族牙周炎患者,对比其从西藏高海拔地区到成都平原地区后龈下微生物群落结构的变化。结果 西藏汉族牙周炎患者的龈下微生物物种丰富度及微生物多样性均比藏族略高,西藏汉族牙周炎患者到达成都2个月后,相比刚到达1周时,物种丰度和微生物多样性增加,但均无统计学差异。西藏汉族牙周炎的产线菌属较藏族高,西藏汉族牙周炎患者到达成都平原后弯曲杆菌、艾肯氏菌显著增加。结论 民族与海拔因素可能对牙周炎患者的龈下微生物群落结构产生影响。 Objective To compare the difference in the subgingival microbiome between Tibetan and Han periodontitis patients in Tibet.Methods Twenty Tibetan periodontitis patients and 19 Han periodontitis patients were enrolled.The Illumina MiSeq sequencing platform was used to perform 16SrRNA high-throughput sequencing of subgingival plaque,and the difference in the microbial community structure of the two groups was compared.Five Hans patients were selected to compare the changes in the subgingival microbial community structure.Results The subgingival microbial species richness and microbial diversity of the Han periodontitis patients was slightly higher than that of the Tibetans.Two months after the Tibetan Han periodontitis patients arrived in Chengdu,the species abundance and microbial diversity of the Tibetan Han periodontitis patients increased,but there was no statistical difference.Filifactor in Han patients was higher than that of the Tibetan.After the Han patients in Tibet returned to Chengdu Plain,Campylobacter and Eikenella increased significantly.Conclusions Ethnic and altitude factors may have an impact on the subgingival microbial community structure in patients with periodontitis.
