羊源小牛肉葡萄球菌的分离鉴定及药物敏感性检测

摘要 试验旨在了解塔额垦区某羊场羊发病原因,无菌采集9只病死羊肺脏和淋巴结,采用传统细菌分离鉴定方法结合16S rRNA基因序列分析的方法,从病死羊的肺脏和淋巴结组织中分离出4株小牛肉葡萄球菌,并对4株菌采用圆纸片扩散法进行17种药物的药敏检测。结果显示,4株小牛肉葡萄球菌中有3株为多重耐药菌株,除了对头孢噻呋钠和头孢西丁均敏感外,对其余15种药物均呈不同程度耐药。研究表明,小牛肉葡萄球菌是导致该羊场羊发病的病原之一,该分离株对部分药物出现耐药,建议使用头孢噻呋钠、头孢西丁进行治疗。 The purpose of the experiment was to understand the cause of the disease in a sheep farm in Taer Reclamation Area.The lungs and lymph nodes of nine dead sheep were collected aseptively,and four strains of Staphylococcus vitulinus were isolated from the lungs and lymph nodes of dead sheep by using the traditional bacterial isolation and identification method combined with the method of 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis.The drug sensitivity of the four strains was tested by disk diffusion method for 17 kinds of drugs.The results showed that three of the strains of Staphylococcus vitulinus were multi-drug resistant.Except for ceftiofurme sodium and cefoxitin,the other 15 strains were resistant to different degrees.The study indicates that Staphylococcus vitulinus is one of the pathogens causing the disease of sheep in the sheep farm.The strain is resistant to some drugs,and ceftiofuran sodium and cefoxitin were recommended for treatment.
