摘要 推动矿山智能化建设是国家推进数字化绿色化协同转型的重要内容。矿业行业需要借助现代化智能化技术,推动资源开发方式深刻变革,实现集约、高效、可持续发展,智能矿山建设已成为实现矿业高质量发展的必由之路。本文从智能矿山建设发展现状、发展趋势和路径等方面进行了系统分析,指出近年来我国智能矿山建设做出了令人瞩目的成绩和进展,大数据、高效通讯、物联网和人工智能等技术得到推广应用,但在系统性与全面性方面尚有一定差距;智能矿山建设应包括地质与测量、资源储量管理、开发与选矿、资源节约与综合利用、生态环境保护、综合协同管控等各个环节,将“高效、绿色、安全”作为智能化建设的根本目标;矿山企业可以通过智能化提质增效来提升企业的效益和综合竞争力,根据自身实际情况选择合适的智能化等级制订建设方案,确定适合自身的智能化建设路径,有序推进矿山智能化建设,确保矿山企业在智能化建设上取得资源、效益、安全的多赢。 Promoting the intelligent construction of mines is an important part of the country s promotion of digital and green collaborative transformation.The mining industry needs to leverage modern intelligent technology to promote profound changes in resource development methods and achieve intensive,efficient,and sustainable development.The construction of intelligent mines has become the only way to achieve high-quality development in the mining industry.The authors provide a systematic analysis of the current development status,trends,and paths of intelligent mine construction.It points out that in recent years,China s intelligent mine construction has made remarkable achievements and progress.Technologies such as big data,efficient communication,the Internet of Things,and artificial intelligence have been promoted and applied,but there is still a certain gap in systematic and comprehensive aspects.The construction of intelligent mines should include various links such as geology and surveying,resource reserve management,development and beneficiation,resource conservation and comprehensive utilization,ecological environment protection,and comprehensive collaborative control.The fundamental goal of intelligent construction is to make“efficiency,green,and safety”the fundamental goal.The mining enterprises can enhance their efficiency and comprehensive competitiveness through intelligent improvement of quality and efficiency.Based on their actual situation,they can choose the appropriate level of intelligence to develop construction plans,determine the appropriate path for their own intelligent construction,orderly promote the construction of mine intelligence,and ensure that mining enterprises achieve a win-win situation in terms of resources,efficiency,and safety in intelligent construction.
