嫩江市三矿沟矿区矽卡岩型含金、银氧化铜矿石硫化浮选试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 嫩江市三矿沟矿区矽卡岩型铜矿含铜1.04%,伴生金、银品位分别为1.63 g/t和55.5 g/t,可综合回收。由铜物相分析结果可知:铜氧化率达93.45%,其中结合氧化铜中铜占有率为6.54%,这部分铜难以通过浮选的方法回收。矿区主要矿石类型为含矿矽卡岩,自形粒状变晶结构,裂隙填充构造,金属矿物含量占矿石总量的2%~3%,原生金属矿物主要有黄铜矿、斑铜矿,次生金属矿物主要有褐铁矿、孔雀石、蓝铜矿,脉石矿物有石榴石、方解石、硅质。结合矿石主要金属矿物含量、氧化程度及矿石特点,试验采用硫化浮选的方法对矿石进行选矿试验研究。通过“一次粗选、一次精选、两次扫选”的闭路试验流程,最终获得铜品位19.06%、回收率75.82%的铜精矿,金、银在浮选铜精矿中得到富集,其中金品位35.98 g/t、回收率89.31%,银品位1280 g/t、回收率87.83%,试验指标较好。采用的试验流程、药剂制度、选别指标可为同类型矿山地质评价及矿山开发提供参考和依据。 The skarn copper ore in Sankuanggou Mining Area of Nenjiang City contains 1.04%copper,and the associated gold and silver grades are 1.63 g/t and 55.5 g/t respectively,which can be comprehensively recovered.According to the results of copper phase analysis,the copper oxidation rate reaches 93.45%,and the copper share in the bonded copper oxide is 6.54%,which is difficult to recover by flotation method.The main ore type is mineral-bearing skarn,euhedral granular morphic structure,fissure filling structure,the content of metal minerals accounts for 2%to 3%of the total ore,the primary metal minerals mainly chalcopyrite,bornite,secondary metal minerals mainly limonite,malachite,azurite,gangue minerals are garnet,calcite,siliceous.Combined with the content of main metal minerals,the degree of oxidation and the characteristics of the ore,the beneficiation test of the ore is carried out by sulfide flotation.Copper concentrate with copper grade of 19.06%and recovery of 75.82%is obtained through the test flowsheet of closed circuit of one roughing,one cleaning and two scavenging.Gold and silver are enriched in copper concentrate with gold grade of 35.98 g/t and recovery of 89.31%and silver grade of 1280 g/t and recovery of 87.83%.The test indexes are good.The test flow,reagent system and sorting index adopted in this paper can provide reference and basis for geological evaluation and mine development of the same type of mines.
