水中油分析仪在换热器泄漏中的应用

摘要 在石油炼化行业中,生产装置使用的换热器种类较多,介质成分也相对复杂,一旦发生泄漏,将影响装置的安全生产和稳定运行,严重时甚至会造成紧急停车。因此,快速持续地监测冷换设备的运行状况对生产装置的安全稳定运行具有十分重要的意义。本文讲述了在油、水换热过程中,通过在线测量冷却水中的油含量来及时反映换热器的运行情况,判断换热器是否泄漏。在提高冷换设备运行安全性、可靠性的同时,解决了冷换设备管理中存在的瓶颈问题。 In the petroleum refining industry,there are many types of heat exchangers used in production units,and the medium composition is relatively complex.Once leakage occurs,it will affect the safe production and stable operation of the unit,and even cause emergency shutdown.Therefore,rapid and continuous monitoring of the operation of heat exchange equipment is of great significance for the safe and stable operation of production units.This article describes the online measurement of the oil content in cooling water during the process of oil/water heat exchange to timely reflect the operation of the heat exchanger and determine whether the heat exchanger is leaking.This improves the safety and reliability of the operation,and solves the bottleneck problem in the management of the heat exchange equipment.
