高温钠流量标定方案的研究

摘要 在钠冷快堆的热力生产过程中,钠流量直接反映设备效率、负载高低等运行情况。为了克服钠流量计因其测量原理、结构、制造工艺、使用条件和安装方式等不同而产生的误差,实现流量量值的传递与溯源,需要建立流量标定装置。首先,研究了流量标定装置的基本原理,比较了静态质量法、动态容积法和标准表法的优缺点;其次,调研了国内外液态金属流量标定装置及在线校准方法;最后,根据研究结果对钠流量标定装置及相关法在线校准的设计进行了指导。 In the process of heat production of sodium cold fast reactor,the flow of sodium directly reflects the efficiency of the equipment and the high and low load.In order to overcome the flow meter because of its measurement principle,structure,manu­facturing process and conditions of use and installation error,as a result of the different traffic transfer and traceability of the value,the need to establish flow standard facility.Firstly,the basic principle of the flow standard device was studied,and the advantages and disadvantages of the static mass method,dynamic volumetric method and standard table method were compared.Secondly,the present situation of liquid metal flow standard device is studied.Finally,the design of sodium discharge standard device and correlation method was guided by the research result.
