摘要
简单介绍了在同一容器中的两种混合液体其界位的测量方式。结合双法兰差压变送的相关测量原理,则能够根据差压变送器测量出容器上下压差的变化。基于自动化计算技术,能够测量出混合介质的界位高度并获取到相关液体的体积以及重量等。这样的方式在生产中的应用较为广泛,便于操作且安全易维护,进一步解决了当前技术中介质分界面难以测量的问题。
This paper briefly introduces the measurement method of two mixed liquids in the same container with the boundary position.Combined with the relevant measuring principle of double-flange differential pressure transmission,the change of the pressure difference between the upper and lower parts of the vessel can be measured according to the differential pressure transmitter.Based on the automatic calculation technology,it can measure the boundary height of the mixed medium and obtain the volume and weight of the relevant liquid.This method is widely used in production,easy to operate,safe and easy to maintain,and further solves the problem that the medium interface is difficult to measure in the current technology.
