装配式建筑是达到建筑工业化目的的主要路径之一,装配式建筑的大量推广可以有效的达到节能环保、降低成本、加快建造速度以及提高建筑工业化水平.标准化是建筑工业化的基础,实现装配式建筑的大量推广,必须实现标准化设计,标准化设计是达到降低成本、增加效益和提高质量的重要方法和手段.本文主要从操作层面和设计层面探讨了设计标准化的实施路径,从柱、梁、墙、板、楼梯、阳台等构件分析了生产标准化实施路径,使装配式建筑达到初步标准化,以实现构件大批量生产,从而降低成本,达到建筑工业化的目的.

Prefabricated building is one of the main ways to achieve the purpose of building industrialization.The massive promotion of prefabricated building can effectively achieve energy conservation and environmental protection,reduce costs,speed up construction speed and improve the level of building industrialization.Standardization is the basis of building industrialization.To realize the massive promotion of prefabricated buildings,we must realize standardized design.Standardized design is an important method and means to reduce costs,increase benefits and improve quality.This paper mainly discusses the implementation path of design standardization from the operation level and design level,and analyzes the implementation path of production standardization from the aspects of columns,beams,walls,plates,stairs and balconies,so as to make the prefabricated building reach the preliminary standardization system,so as to realize the mass production of components,so as to reduce the cost and achieve the purpose of building industrialization.
