On the role of science and technology societies in governance of science and technology ethics under new situation

论述了高水平科技伦理治理的重要意义,分析了科技社团参与科技伦理治理的专业社会组织优势、凝聚科技人才优势、民间国际交流优势,梳理了科技社团在构建科技伦理治理体系中价值引领、制度规范、强化监管、培育伦理生态、增强国际话语权中的作用,并提出了全面提升中国科技社团参与科技伦理治理能力水平的建议。

The significance of building a Chinese characteristic high-level science and technology ethics governance system should be deeply understood.In this paper,we analyze the advantages for professional social organizations,scientific and technological talents,and non-governmental international exchanges for science and technology societies to participate in science and technology ethics governance.We sort out the role of science and technology societies in the construction of science and technology ethics governance system in terms of value guidance,system standardization,strengthening supervision,cultivating ethical ecology,and enhancing international voice.At the same time,we put forward suggestions on comprehensively improving the ability of scientific and technological societies to participate in scientific and technological ethical governance.
