大厚度粗粒土路基智能压实质量控制标准研究 被引量:1

Research on Quality Control Standard for Intelligent Compaction of Large Thickness Coarse-grained Soil Subgrade

摘要 基于松铺厚度为80cm粗粒土路基的现场试验,研究大厚度粗粒土路基压实质量控制标准。优化大灌砂筒分层检测方法,揭示大厚度压实工艺下的压实度沿深度分布规律;通过粗粒土路基压实过程动态变形模量和弯沉的高密度检测,对其作为路基压实质量控制指标做出评价,优化大厚度粗粒土路基压实质量检测方法;分析连续压实CMV指标与传统压实指标的关联性,验证CMV作为大厚度粗粒土路基智能压实控制值的可行性,给出CMV作为止碾标准的推荐值为35;优化大厚度粗粒土路基压实工艺,提出松铺厚度为80cm粗粒土路基“260kN静压+2遍700kN振动碾压+3遍500kN振动碾压+260kN静压”的推荐工艺组合。 Based on the field test of coarse grained subgrade with 80 cm in thickness,the compaction quality control standard of coarse grained subgrade with large thickness is studied.The layered detection method of large sand filling tube is optimized to reveal the distribution law of compaction degree along depth under large thickness compaction process.The dynamic deformation modulus and deflection of coarse grained subgrade during compaction process are tested to evaluate them as compaction quality control indexes and optimize the compaction quality detection method of coarse grained subgrade with large thickness.The correlation between continuous compaction CMV index and traditional compaction index is analyzed to verify the feasibility of CMV as the intelligent compaction control value of large-thickness coarse grained subgrade,and the recommended value of CMV as the end rolling standard is 35.The compaction process of large-thickness coarse-grained soil subgrade is optimized,and the recommended process combination of“260 kN static compaction+2 times 700 kN vibrating compaction+3 times 500 kN vibrating compaction+26o kN static compaction”is proposed for the coarse-grained soil subgrade with the thickness of 80 cm.
