摘要
高速公路硬路肩动态运行能在不进行改扩建的情况下提升瓶颈路段通行能力,近年来逐渐进行尝试。详细介绍了硬路肩运行管理的动态运行条件、运行规则、典型路段和配套设施。在主线拥堵、交通事故或占道施工等交通事件下,基于安全优先原则,动态提升高速公路的运行效率,推动我国高速公路主动交通管理的发展。
Hard shoulder running(HSR)can improve the capacity of traffic bottlenecks on expressway without widening and expansion,which has been applied in China in recent years.The operational conditions,operational rules,typical sections and accessory facilities for the management of HSR are introduced in the paper.In the event of traffic incidents such as main line congestion,traffic accidents or road occupation,based on the principle of safety priority,the operating efficiency of expressways will be dynamically improved,and the development of active traffic management on expressways in China will be promoted.
