开阔海域反马赛克战术设计及效能评估

Tactics design and effectiveness evaluation of Anti-Mosaic Warfare in open sea area

摘要 在远离大陆开阔海域的作战背景下,为以反马赛克战术完成区域拒止的作战目标,提出“防御消耗+以逸待劳”以及“主动迎敌+出奇制胜”两种作战想定。利用python语言编程反马赛克战术规划平台和战术推演平台,在充分考虑各型设备的基本性能和作战效能的基础上,对两种战术想定进行可视化实战推演。结果发现,利用“防御消耗+以逸待劳”的战术设计,结合无人机群、舰载有人歼击机梯次阻拦的方法,尽管较大概率(60%胜、20%平、20%负)会取得胜利,但是损失较大;而采用“主动迎敌+出奇制胜”的战术设计,集中力量破袭马赛克集群,能实现高胜率(100%胜)。研究验证了“主动迎敌+出奇制胜”战术的有效性,也验证了使用战术推演平台进行效能评估的可行性。 Amid the background of fighting in the open sea area,far from the mainland,the combat objective of regional rejection is accomplished by Anti-Mosaic tactics,and two operational scenarios are proposed:“defensive consumption+awaiting the exhausted enemy at your ease”and“actively facing the enemy+seizing victory by a surprise move”.Python language is used to write an Anti-Mosaic tactical planning platform and tactical deduction platform,with the essential performance and operational effectiveness of various types of equipment fully considered and two types of tactical scenarios made into visual actual combat deduction.The results indicate that while the tactical design of“defensive consumption+awaiting the exhausted enemy at your ease”that employs the method of echelon blocking of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)swarms and shipboard manned fighters has a greater probability(60%win,20%draw,20%loss)of winning,the loss is relatively significant.Contrastingly,by adopting the tactical design of“actively facing the enemy+seizing victory by a surprise move”,efforts could be concentrated on attacking the mosaic cluster and thus,a high winning rate could be achieved(100%).The effectiveness of the tactics of“actively facing the enemy+seizing victory by a surprise move”is verified through research,and the feasibility of the effectiveness evaluation of the tactical deduction platform is illustrated.
