氢氧化钙根管封药联合三联抗生素糊剂根管治疗年轻恒牙牙髓感染患儿的效果观察

Effect observation of intracanal medication with calcium hydroxide combined with triple antibiotic paste in the treatment of child patients with pulp infection of young permanent teeth

目的探究年轻恒牙牙髓感染患儿应用氢氧化钙根管封药联合三联抗生素糊剂根管治疗的临床效果。方法154例年轻恒牙牙髓感染患儿为研究对象,依据平行信封抽签法分为实验组及对照组,各77例。对照组应用氢氧化钙根管封药方式治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合三联抗生素糊剂开展根管治疗。对比两组治疗效果,治疗前后咀嚼功能、疼痛程度及不良反应发生情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率98.70%高于对照组的87.01%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组咀嚼效率(91.67±2.57)%、咬合力(134.19±8.54)IBS均大于对照组的(75.88±2.76)%、(112.57±7.26)IBS,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分(2.13±0.12)分低于对照组的(3.21±0.85)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率1.30%低于对照组的14.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论年轻恒牙牙髓感染患儿采用氢氧化钙根管封药联合三联抗生素糊剂根管治疗效果显著,可提升患儿咀嚼功能,减轻疼痛,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intracanal medication with calcium hydroxide combined with triple antibiotic paste in the treatment of patients with pulp infection of young permanent teeth.Methods A total of 154 child patients with pulp infection of young permanent teeth were studied and divided into experimental group and control group according to parallel envelope lottery method,with 77 cases in each group.The control group was treated by intracanal medication with calcium hydroxide,and the experimental group was treated by triple antibiotic paste on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,masticatory function,pain level and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 98.70%,which was higher than that of 87.01%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the masticatory efficiency of(91.67±2.57)%and biting force of(134.19±8.54)IBS in the experimental group were greater than those of(75.88±2.76)%and(112.57±7.26)IBS in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the experimental group was(2.13±0.12)points,which was lower than that of(3.21±0.85)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 1.30%,which was lower than that of 14.29%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intracanal medication with calcium hydroxide combined with triple antibiotic paste has significant effect in the treatment of patients with pulp infection of young permanent teeth,which can improve the masticatory function of patients,reduce pain and lower the incidence of adverse reactions.
