XN-1000全自动血液分析仪诊断缺铁性贫血的临床价值分析

摘要 目的探究XN-1000全自动血液分析仪对于缺铁性贫血(IDA)的临床诊断价值。方法选取60例缺铁性贫血患者作为观察组,另选取同期健康体检者60例作为对照组,两组受检者均接受XN-1000全自动血液分析仪检查。比较两组检测准确度及血液检测结果[红细胞分布宽度变异系数(RDW-CV)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白量(MCH)、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)]。结果观察组检出阳性59例、阳性率为98.33%,阴性1例、阴性率为1.67%,检测准确度为98.33%(59/60);对照组检出阳性3例、阳性率为5.00%,阴性57例、阴性率为95.00%,检测准确度为95.00%(57/60);两组的检测准确度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的RDW-CV(21.37±1.46)%显著高于对照组的(12.21±1.04)%,RBC(3.20±0.41)×10^(12)/L、Hb(67.47±5.35)g/L、MCV(68.30±4.77)fl、MCH(16.59±2.24)pg、MCHC(274.92±10.72)g/L均显著低于对照组的(4.51±0.31)×10^(12)/L、(135.35±5.93)g/L、(91.85±3.99)fl、(30.70±1.42)pg、(334.58±9.36)g/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论XN-1000全自动血液分析仪诊断缺铁性贫血准确且快速,临床价值较高。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of XN-1000 full-automatic blood analyzer in the diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia(IDA).Methods 60 patients with iron deficiency anemia were selected as the observation group,and 60 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups were examined with XN-1000 full-automatic blood analyzer.Both groups were compared in terms of accuracy of the test and blood test results[red blood cell distribution width-coefficient of variation(RDW-CV),red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),mean corpuscular volume(MCV),mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH),and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC)].Results In the observation group,59 cases were positive,the positive rate was 98.33%,and 1 case was negative,the negative rate was 1.67%;the accuracy of the test was 98.33%(59/60).In the control group,3 cases were positive,the positive rate was 5.00%,and 57 cases were negative,the negative rate was 95.00%;the accuracy of the test was 95.00%(57/60).There was no statistically significant difference in accuracy of the test between the two groups(P>0.05).RDW-CV of(21.37±1.46)%in the observation group was significantly higher than that of(12.21±1.04)%in the control group;the observation group had RBC of(3.20±0.41)×1012/L,Hb of(67.47±5.35)g/L,MCV of(68.30±4.77)fl,MCH of(16.59±2.24)pg,and MCHC of(274.92±10.72)g/L,which were significantly lower than those of(4.51±0.31)×1012/L,(135.35±5.93)g/L,(91.85±3.99)fl,(30.70±1.42)pg,and(334.58±9.36)g/L in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion XN-1000 full-automatic blood analyzer is accurate and rapid in the diagnosis of IDA,with high clinical value.
