益气通络颗粒治疗气虚血瘀型脑卒中后抑郁的疗效观察

Observation on efficacy of Yiqi Tongluo Granules on post-stroke depression of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type

目的 研究益气通络颗粒治疗气虚血瘀型脑卒中后抑郁的效果。方法 62例气虚血瘀型脑卒中后抑郁患者,随机分为对照组(30例)和观察组(32例)。对照组患者给予盐酸舍曲林治疗,观察组患者给予益气通络颗粒治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的抑郁情况、日常生活活动能力及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,观察组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分(5.46±2.33)分低于对照组的(9.30±2.36)分, Barthel指数(89.71±8.97)分高于对照组的(77.42±8.03)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率3.13%明显低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对气虚血瘀型脑卒中后抑郁患者给予益气通络颗粒进行治疗的效果优于盐酸舍曲林,可有效改善患者抑郁症状和日常生活活动能力,且安全性更高,值得推荐。

Objective To study the effect of Yiqi Tongluo Granules on post-stroke depression of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 62 patients with post-stroke depression of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into observation group(32 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with sertraline hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Tongluo Granules.The depression status and activities of daily living before and after treatment,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score of(5.46±2.33)points in the observation group was lower than that of(9.30±2.36)points in the control group;the Barthel index score of(89.71±8.97)points in the observation group was higher than that of(77.42±8.03)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was 3.13%,which was significantly lower than that of 33.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Yiqi Tongluo Granules is better than sertraline hydrochloride for patients with post-stroke depression of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.It can improve the depressive symptoms and activities of daily living with high safety,which is worth recommending.
