探讨早期肢体康复训练在高血压脑出血偏瘫患者治疗中的效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察早期肢体康复训练在高血压脑出血偏瘫患者治疗中的效果。方法80例高血压脑出血偏瘫患者,根据是否接受早期肢体康复训练分成研究组及对照组,每组40例。研究组接受早期肢体康复训练,对照组开展常规肢体康复训练。比较两组患者训练前后的神经功能缺损评分、脑卒中影响评分、运动功能评分、日常生活能力评分及生活质量评分,康复效果,满意度。结果训练后,两组患者的神经功能缺损评分低于本组训练前,脑卒中影响评分、上下肢运动功能评分、日常生活能力评分高于本组训练前,且研究组患者的神经功能缺损评分(7.25±1.32)分低于对照组的(14.42±2.81)分,脑卒中影响评分(448.12±29.52)分、上肢运动功能评分(54.27±2.06)分、下肢运动功能评分(29.71±2.86)分、日常生活能力评分(17.53±1.28)分高于对照组的(409.44±26.91)、(44.61±5.96)、(24.97±3.34)、(14.69±1.09)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。训练后,两组患者的总体健康、精神健康、情感职能、生理职能、生理功能、社会功能评分高于本组训练前,且研究组患者的总体健康、精神健康、情感职能、生理职能、生理功能、社会功能评分分别为(89.01±3.92)、(92.53±3.86)、(90.41±2.06)、(92.47±3.36)、(93.87±2.18)、(87.72±4.51)分,高于对照组的(82.02±5.35)、(84.47±5.97)、(84.49±4.03)、(87.99±4.58)、(84.10±3.20)、(77.45±4.96)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的康复总有效率97.50%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的满意度100.00%高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压脑出血偏瘫患者接受早期肢体康复训练,可显著减轻神经功能缺损程度与脑卒中的影响程度,改善运动功能及日常生活能力,提升康复效果、生活质量与满意度,效果理想。 Objective To observe the effect of early limb rehabilitation training in the treatment of patients with hemiplegia due to hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 80 patients with hemiplegia due to hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were divided into research group and control group according to whether they received early limb rehabilitation training,with 40 cases in each group.The research group received early limb rehabilitation training,and the control group received conventional limb rehabilitation training.Both groups were compared in terms of neurological deficit score,stroke impact score,motor function score,activities of daily living score,and quality of life score before and after the training,rehabilitation effect,and satisfaction.Results After the training,the neurological deficit score of the two groups was lower than that before the training in this group,and the stroke impact score,upper and lower limb motor function score and activities of daily living score were higher than those before the training in this group;the neurological deficit score of(7.25±1.32)points in the research group was lower than that of(14.42±2.81)points in the control group;the research group had stroke impact score of(448.12±29.52)points,upper limb motor function score of(54.27±2.06)points,lower limb motor function score of(29.71±2.86)points and activities of daily living score of(17.53±1.28)points,which were higher than those of(409.44±26.91),(44.61±5.96),(24.97±3.34)and(14.69±1.09)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the training,the scores of overall health,mental health,emotional function,physiological function,physiological function and social function of the two groups were higher than those of this group before the training;the scores of overall health,mental health,emotional function,physiological function,physiological function and social function were(89.01±3.92),(92.53±3.86),(90.41±2.06),(92.47±3.36),(93.87±2.18)and(87.72±4.51)points in the research group,which were higher than those of(82.02±5.35),(84.47±5.97),(84.49±4.03),(87.99±4.58),(84.10±3.20)and(77.45±4.96)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of rehabilitation in the research group was 97.50%,which was higher than that of 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction in the research group was 100.00%,which was higher than that of 85.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with hemiplegia due to hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,early limb rehabilitation training has ideal effect,which can significantly reduce the degree of neurological deficit and stroke,improve motor function and activities of daily living,and improve the rehabilitation effect,quality of life and satisfaction.
