探讨康复训练对四肢骨折患者术后关节功能的影响

Discussion on the effect of rehabilitation training on joint function of patients with limb fracture

目的 探讨康复训练对四肢骨折患者术后关节功能的影响。方法 85例四肢骨折患者,以随机数字表法分成试验组(45例)和对照组(40例)。对照组患者术后接受常规训练,试验组患者术后接受康复训练。比较两组患者训练前后的关节功能、独立生活活动能力以及训练满意度、术后并发症发生情况。结果 训练后,试验组上肢关节功能评分(49.46±3.04)分、下肢关节功能评分(26.93±2.03)分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分(78.54±6.44)分均高于对照组的(45.23±2.87)、(22.54±1.76)、(65.39±5.22)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者训练总满意度97.78%高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术后并发症发生率4.44%低于对照组的22.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将康复训练应用于四肢骨折术后训练中可有效促进患者关节功能恢复,提高独立生活活动能力,降低术后并发症发生风险,临床应用价值显著。

Objective To discuss the effect of rehabilitation training on joint function of patients with limb fracture.Methods A total of 85 patients with limb fracture were randomly divided into experimental group(45 cases)and control group(40 cases).The control group received conventional training,and the experimental group received rehabilitation training.The joint function and independent living activity ability before and after training,training satisfaction,and occurrence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results After training,the experimental group had upper limb joint function score of(49.46±3.04)points,lower limb joint function score of(26.93±2.03)points and activities of daily living scale(ADL)score of(78.54±6.44)points,which were higher than those of(45.23±2.87),(22.54±1.76)and(65.39±5.22)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The training satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.78%,which was higher than that of 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After training,the incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was 4.44%,which was lower than that of 22.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rehabilitation training in the postoperative training of limbs fracture can effectively promote the recovery of joint function,improve the ability of independent living activities,reduce the risk of postoperative complications,and has significant clinical application value.
