摘要
目的探讨血清Clq/肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白13(CTRP13)与T2DM及颈动脉粥样硬化(CAS)的相关性。方法选取2020年10月至2021年10月于江苏大学附属澳洋医院内分泌科住院治疗的T2DM患者104例,根据是否合并CAS分为单纯T2DM组(n=47)和T2DM合并CAS组(T2DM+CAS,n=57),同期选取41名体检健康者为正常对照(NC)组。比较各组血清CTRP13及其他生化指标。结果NC、T2DM、T2DM+CAS各组血清CTRP13依次降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。Pearson相关分析显示,CTRP13与HDL-C呈正相关(P<0.05),与HbA1c、FPG、LDL-C、hs-CRP呈负相关(P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示,FPG、LDL-C、hs-CRP是血清CTRP13的影响因素。Logistic回归分析显示,CTRP13、HbA1c、LDL-C是T2DM合并CAS的影响因素。结论T2DM合并CAS患者血清CTRP13降低,是T2DM合并CAS的影响因素。
ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between serum Clq/tumor necrosis factor related protein 13(CTRP13)level and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)combined with carotid atherosclerosis(CAS).Methods104 T2DM patients hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology of Aoyang Hospital Affiliated to Jiangsu University from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected.They were divided into T2DM combined with CAS group(T2DM+CAS,n=57)and simple T2DM group(T2DM,n=47).Healthy individuals confirmed by physical examination were selected as the normal control group(NC,n=41).Serum CTRP13 levels and other biochemical indicators were compared.ResultsThe levels of serum CTRP13 in NC,T2DM and T2DM+CAS groups decreased gradually(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Pearson correlation analysis showed that CTRP13 was positively correlated with HDL-C(P<0.05);negatively correlated with HbA1c,FPG,LDL-C and hs-CRP(P<0.01).Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that FPG,LDL-C and hs-CRP were influencing factors of serum CTRP13.Logistic regression analysis showed that CTRP13,HbA1c and LDL-C were influencing factors for CAS.ConclusionThe level of serum CTRP13 decreased in patients with T2DM and CAS.Serum CTRP13 was the influencing factor of T2DM combined with CAS.
