维生素D与2型糖尿病视网膜病变相关性的研究进展

Research progress on the relationship between vitamin D and type 2 diabetic retinopathy

DR是DM重要微血管并发症,其高患病率、致残率给患者带来沉重负担。T2DM患者存在维生素D(Vit D)不足或缺乏,Vit D功能与DM及其微血管并发症密切相关。本文综述Vit D与DR相关性的研究进展。

Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is a microvascular complication inpatients with diabetes mellitus.Its high prevalence and disability rate bring a heavy burden to the patients. Patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM)have insufficient or deficient vitamin D(Vit D),and Vit D function is closely related to DM and its microvascular complications. Here,we reviewed the research progress of Vit D and DR.
