血糖在目标范围内时间作为糖尿病血糖管理新指标的研究进展

Research progress of blood glucose time in range as a new indicator of glycemic management in diabetes mellitus

DM患者BG监测至关重要。BG是DM并发症防治和预后的主要指标。近年来持续葡萄糖监测(CGM)逐渐受到重视。CGM相关指标用于临床,其中BG在目标范围内时间(TIR)作为重要指标受到关注。本文对TIR作为DM血糖管理新指标的研究进展进行综述。

Blood glucose monitoring is crucial for people with diabetes mellitus(DM).Blood glucose levels are one of the most important indicators of factors related to the prevention,treatment and prognosis of diabetic complications.In recent years,continuous glucose monitoring(CGM)technology has gradually gained application and attention in scientific research and clinical practice.Blood glucose time in range(TIR)as an important CGM indicator,has received a lot of attention.Here,we review the progress of clinical research on TIR as a new indicator of glycemic management in DM.
