樟树市一起登革热暴发疫情流行特征及防控情况剖析

Analysis on the epidemic characteristics and prevention and control strategies of a dengue fever outbreak in Zhangshu City

目的 分析2019年8月江西省樟树市发生的一起输入登革热病例引起本地感染暴发疫情的流行特征,评价措施控制效果,为今后制定登革热疫情防控策略提供科学依据。方法 对疫情期间报告的登革热病例进行流行病学调查,采用双层叠帐法、诱蚊诱卵法和布雷图指数法监测蚊媒密度,收集整理数据进行流行病学分析。结果 本起暴发疫情共报告登革热病例743例,首发病例有境外旅行史,病例主要分布在中心城区和城区周边的4个乡镇,年龄以28~69岁为主,占80.3%,男女性别比为1∶1.12,职业以商业服务(212例,占28.53%)、家务及待业(200例,占26.92%)与农民(199例,占26.78%)为主,无重症和死亡病例。核心区、警戒区范围内采取杀灭成蚊、清除蚊媒孳生地后,BI超过5的监测点由最高的43.65%下降为0,核心区平均叮咬指数均控制在≤2只(/人·h)。结论樟树市2019年发生的登革热暴发疫情与旅行泰国的境外感染有关。

Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of a local infection outbreak caused by an imported dengue fever case in Zhangshu City,Jiangxi Province in August 2019,and to provide scientific basis for formulating dengue epidem-ic prevention and control strategies in the future.Methods Epidemiological investigation was carried out on dengue fever cases reported during the epidemic period.Mosquito vector density was monitored by double-layer overlapping method,mos-quito trap egg method and bretu index method,and the data were collected and analyzed.Results A total of 743 cases of dengue fever were reported in this outbreak,the first case had a history of overseas travel.The cases were mainly distributed in the central urban area and four towns around the urban area.The age was mainly 28-69 years old(80.3%),and the gen-der ratio was 1∶1.12.The occupations were mainly commercial services(212 cases,accounting for 28.53%),housework and unemployment(200 cases,accounting for 26.92%)and farmers(199 cases,accounting for 26.78%).There were no severe cases and deaths.After the elimination of adult mosquitoes and breeding sources in the core area and the warning are-a,Monitoring sites with BI over 5 decreased from the highest 43.65%to 0,the mean biting index was controlled no higher than2 mosquitoes/person.hour in the core area.Conclusion Dengue outbreaks in Changshu City in 2019 were associated with out-of-country infections from travel to Thailand.
