整体钢模台车在沟渠挡墙施工中的应用

铁路施工中,沟渠两侧同截面挡墙无法连续作业,且因模板为单边受力存在倾覆危险.根据衢州至宁德铁路沟渠挡墙的断面情况,设计了一套沟渠挡墙整体钢模台车,解决了现有沟渠挡墙施工中作业效率不高、且安全性能不够的模板设备问题,实现在整体截面上对沟渠挡墙进行同步施工,保证了挡墙的施工安全和质量,缩短了模板的支护和拆除时间,加快了沟渠挡墙的施工进度,有效避免了采用常规工艺施工可能带来的人员伤害.

In order to solve the problem that the retaining wall with the same section on both sides of the ditch can not operate continuously,and the formwork is under unilateral stress,there is a danger of overturning in the construction process. This paper quzhou to ningde railway retaining wall section of the ditch,design a set of ditches retaining wall integral steel mould trolley,solves the existing channels retaining wall during the construction of the lack of high efficiency and high safety performance template equipment problems,which can realize the whole cross section of the retaining wall to synchronize the ditch construction,guarantee the construction security and quality of retaining wall,shortened the time of the template support and removal,speed up the construction progress of ditches retaining wall,effectively avoid the conventional construction may lead to injuries.
