摘要
AZO陶瓷薄膜因其优良的光电性能被广泛地应用在太阳电池,同时AZO陶瓷薄膜作为新型材料具有潜在的发展前景.实验采用常压烧结法制备AZO陶瓷样品,分析不同球磨时间对AZO陶瓷粒度、结构和形貌等性能的影响.结果表明,随着球磨时间的增长,陶瓷样品粒径呈先减小后增加的趋势,各陶瓷样品都会产生Zn-Al化合物,主晶相均为ZnAl_(2)O_(4);当球磨时间为20 h时AZO陶瓷样品粒径相对最小,产生的Zn-Al化合物含量相对较多,晶粒生长相对较为均匀,孔洞较少,密度相对较好,成为一种致密性较好的AZO陶瓷.
AZO ceramic thin films are widely used in solar cells because of their excellent optoelectronic properties, and AZO ceramic thin films have potential development prospects as new materials. In the experiment,the AZO ceramic samples were prepared by the atmospheric pressure sintering method and other instruments were used to detect the influence of different ball milling time on the properties of AZO ceramics. The results show that With the increase of the ball milling time, the particle size of the ceramic samples first decreased and then increased. Each ceramic sample produced Zn-Al compounds, and the main crystal phase was ZnAl_(2)O_(4).When the ball milling time was 20 h, the particle size of the AZO ceramic samples was relatively The smallest,the content of Zn-Al compounds produced is relatively large, the grain growth is relatively uniform, the number of pores is relatively small, and the density is relatively good. It is a kind of AZO ceramic with good compactness.
