摘要
随着国家对化工材料需求的不断增加,常规的球罐储存容量已经不能满足装置生产周转需求,而钢制低温全容罐因具有占地小、储存量大、安全高效、建造周期短、造价低等优点,已成为化工装置存储烯烃的优选方式。其安装工艺对储罐整体施工的进度、安全、质量控制管理等影响显著。文章以10万m 3钢制低温全容罐为例,主要介绍了三层罐壁低温储罐壁板正装法施工工艺,具体阐述了三钢低温储罐外罐壁板、中间罐壁板、内罐壁板的安装施工技术。该技术可为同类储罐的安装提供借鉴与参考。
As the national demand for chemical materials continues to increase,the storage capacity of conventional spherical tanks can no longer meet the production turnaround needs of the device.The steel cryogenic full-containment tank has become the preferred way for chemical plants to store olefins owing to its advantages of small footprint,large storage capacity,safety and efficiency,short construction cycle and low cost.Its installation process has a significant impact on the overall construction schedule,safety and quality control management of the storage tanks.Taking the 100,000 m 3 steel cryogenic full-capacity tank as an example,this paper mainly introduces the construction process of installation in regular order for the wall plate of cryogenic tanks with three-layer tank wall.It specifically describes the installation and construction technology of the outer tank wall plate,the intermediate tank wall plate and the inner tank wall plate of the trimetallic wall cryogenic storage tank.This technology can provide reference for the installation of similar storage tanks.
