摘要
与美欧日相比,我国LNG接收站建设起步较晚,自主技术和国产装备尚未经历长周期运行考验,给装置的长周期安稳运行带来一定的不确定性。文章从我国LNG接收站自主技术发展历程和主要装备的设计定型方案入手,介绍了卸船臂、压缩机、低温泵、气化器和低温阀门等主要装备的技术特点和国产化进程,对比了国产装备与进口装备的实际运行情况,得出了大部分国产装备的主要参数指标均已达到同类型进口产品标准的结论,对比研究结果表明,引进、研制、试用、推广和改进的技术攻关路径可以持续提升国产装备的可靠性和稳定性,国产装备已具备较强的质量竞争力,具备了保障装置长周期安稳运行的能力。
Compared with the US,Europe and Japan,the construction of LNG terminal in China started late,and our own technology and domestic equipment have not yet experienced the long-term operation test,which brings certain uncertainties to the long-term stable operation of the devices.Starting from the introduction of the technology development and the design scheme of the main equipment of LNG terminal in China,this paper introduces the technology characteristic and the localization process including the discharge arm,compressor,cryogenic pump,gasifier and cryogenic valves.Then it compares the actual operation of the domestic and imported equipment and concluded that most of the main parameter index of domestic equipment have reached the standards of imported products of the same type.The comparison study results indicate that the introduction,development,trial,promotion and improvement of technical research path can continue to improve the reliability and stability of domestic equipment.Such equipment has had strong quality competitiveness with the capability to ensure the long-termstable operation of the device.
