摘要
在某燃料元件产品中,燃料颗粒随机分布在非金属材料中,为了测量燃料颗粒的分布均匀性,提出一种基于X射线微焦CT三维图像区域统计的热图方法对均匀性进行表征。首先,采用微焦CT方法对该类产品进行三维扫描成像,然后通过图像三维分割方法提取燃料颗粒,接着对三维图像进行立体区域划分,进而统计每个区域内燃料颗粒的体积占比,最后用热图方式表征出来。采用微焦CT对燃料元件进行检测和处理并采用统计热图方式,直观的表征了燃料元件中燃料颗粒的分布均匀性。
In a fuel element product,fuel particles are randomly distributed in non-metallic materials.In order to measure the distribution uniformity of fuel particles,a heat map method based on X-ray Micro-CT three-dimensional image region statistics is proposed to characterize the uniformity.Firstly,the Micro-CT method is used to conduct three-dimensional scanning and imaging for such products,then the fuel particles are extracted through the three-dimensional image segmentation method,and then the three-dimensional image is divided into three-dimensional regions,and then the volume proportion of fuel particles in each region is counted,and finally characterized by the heat map method.The Micro-CT is used to detect and process the fuel element,and the statistical heat map is used to characterize the distribution uniformity.The distribution uniformity of fuel particles in the fuel element is visually characterized.
