司国民从太阳病论治早泄经验

SI Guomin’s Experience in Treating Premature Ejaculation from Taiyang Disease

摘要 司国民教授治疗男科疾病深受中医经典理论以及伤寒名家学术思想的影响,立足于《伤寒论》三阴三阳辨证体系,认为早泄表现为营卫不和者,可辨为太阳病,选用经方桂枝汤为底方予以治疗。并且依据多年临床经验,在此基础上形成了兼顾调心、运用子实类药物的治疗特色以增强治疗效果。附司教授以桂枝汤加减方治疗早泄验案1则。 Professor SI Guomin’s treatment of male diseases is deeply influenced by the classical theories of traditional Chinese medicine and the academic thoughts of famous typhoid masters.Based on the syndrome differentiation system of three yin and three yang in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,he believes that premature ejaculation is manifested as a disorder between ying and wei,which can be identified as Taiyang disease,and he chooses classic Guizhi Decoction(桂枝汤)as the base for treatment.On the basis of many years of clinical experience,the treatment characteristics of taking into account the adjustment of heart and the use of sub-type drugs are formed to enhance the therapeutic effect.A medical case of Professor SI’s treatment of premature ejaculation with modified Guizhi Decoction is attached.
