基于中西医临床病证特征的卵巢早衰动物模型分析 被引量:1

Analysis of Animal Model of Premature Ovarian Failure Based on Clinical Diseases and Syndromes Characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

摘要 基于卵巢早衰(POF)的中西医临床病证特点,评价现有POF动物模型特点及临床吻合度,为完善POF动物模型提供参考。分析发现雷公藤多苷或氢化可的松等药物方法建立的POF动物模型临床吻合度较高,其次是酶缺陷法、放疗法、化疗法、环境因素影响法和应激刺激法;基因缺陷法和免疫缺陷法建立的POF模型西医吻合度较高,但是缺乏中医证候表现。现有的动物模型不能充分满足中医辨证论治的要求,应不断完善并优化符合中西医临床病证特点的POF模型,为今后中医药防治POF提供合适的动物模型。参考文献48篇。 Based on the clinical characteristics of traditional Chinese and western medicine in premature ovarian failure(POF),this paper evaluates the characteristics and clinical anastomosis of the existing animal model of POF,and provides a reference for improving the animal model of POF.The analysis reveals that the animal models of POF established by drug methods such as raglan polysaccharide or hydrocortisone have higher clinical anastomosis,which is followed by enzyme deficiency method,radiotherapy method,chemotherapy method,environmental factors method and stress stimulation method,and the POF models established by gene deficiency method and immune deficiency method have higher anastomosis with western medicine,but lack traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes.The existing animal models cannot fully meet the requirements of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,so POF models which conform to the characteristics of TCM and western medicine should be continuously improved and optimized to provide suitable animal models for TCM prevention and treatment of POF in the future.There are 48 references.
