摘要
针对某航天被试伺服阀测试工艺要求,设计出一套基于LabVIEW平台、NI USB-6001多功能I/O设备、工控一体机、西门子变频器、压力变送器、温度变送器等的脉冲冲洗试验台控制系统。介绍了系统工作原理,硬件与软件结构组成及设计思路,可通过软件界面设定输出正弦波、锯齿波、方波、三角波等幅值、频率、相位、偏移量可调的电压信号通过USB-6001 AO端口输出驱动伺服阀控制器,进而驱动液压伺服阀对工件进行发生流量脉动试验。基于LabVIEW开发上位机测试系统其功能强大、易上手且开发周期短,可大大提高开发效率。实践证明,此系统操作简单,运行可靠,能够高效的完成伺服阀测试工艺要求。
According to the test process requirements of a servo-valve for aerospace test,a set of pulse flushing test-bed control system is designed based on LabVIEW platform,NI USB-6001 multifunctional I/O equipment,industrial control integrated machine,Siemens frequency converter,pressure transmitter,temperature transmitter,etc.The working principle,hardware and software structure and design ideas of the system are introduced.Through the software interface,voltage signals with adjustable amplitude,frequency,phase and offset such as sine wave,sawtooth wave,square wave and triangle wave can be set and output through USB-6001 AO port to drive the servo valve controller,and then drive the hydraulic servo valve to carry out flow pulsation test on the workpiece.The development of upper computer test system based on LabVIEW is powerful,easy to use and short development cycle,which can greatly improve the development efficiency.Practice has proved that the system is simple and reliable,and can efficiently complete the technological requirements of servo valve test.
