摘要
60万吨/年加氢改质装置非常重要,有4套氢气压缩机和2套高速泵机组,负责为170万吨/年柴油加氢装置和150万吨/年汽油加氢装置提供氢气。该装置原ESD控制系统是西门子PLC,由于原系统使用年限长、设备陈旧、机柜内继电器和电源配置不合理、维护不方便等多种原因,在2019年大检修时将PLC控制系统拆除,更换为霍尼韦尔SIS SMSC控制系统,便于维护,保证装置安全平稳运行。
The 600000 ton/year hydrogenation unit is very important,with four sets of hydrogen compressor and two sets of high-speed pump units,responsible for providing hydrogen for 1.7 million ton/year diesel hydrogenation unit and 1.5 million tons/year gasoline hydrogenation unit.The original ESD control system is Siemens PLC,old equipment,unreasonable relays and power supply,inconvenient maintenance and safe and smooth operation of the unit.The PLC control system was removed during the overhaul in 2019 and replaced with the Honeywell SIS SMSC control system to facilitate maintenance and ensure the safe and stable operation of the device.
