摘要
聚酯生产中PTA的质量流量一般使用由下料螺旋和固体质量流量计组成的称重系统完成。一套称重系统对应1台下料螺旋,并由称重系统PLC完成整套称重系统的计算及控制。在生产实践中,因工艺技改而提出了1台称重系统要控制2台下料螺旋的需求。经过综合的分析、计算,在不增加称重系统的情况下,设计了单称重系统对双下料螺旋的控制系统。经过生产验证,此控制系统完全满足生产要求,获得了很好的经济效益。
The mass flow of PTA in polyester production is generally completed by a weighing system consisting of a feeding screw and a solid mass flow meter.A set of weighing system corresponds to a feed screw,and the weighing system PLC completes the control and calculation of the whole weighing system.In the production practice,due to the technological innovation,it is proposed that a weighing system should control two feed screws.After comprehensive analysis and calculation,the control system of single weighing system to double feeding screw is designed without adding additional weighing system.Through production verification,the control system fully meets the production requirements and obtains good economic benefits.
