摘要
为了测量堆芯流量,研制出新型涡轮流量计。本文介绍流量计结构和使用场景,利用树图、统计表等工具对该流量计进行故障分析,对静止部件、动态部件、磁电转换部件分别采取针对性优化措施,从材料、安装、检查、工艺等角度进行全方位优化,将优化后的流量计应用于ACP100P反应堆整体水力试验。通过统计表方式对比CNP1000试验结果,流量计故障率下降约14倍,有力地证明了基于故障分析提出的优化方案的有效性,成功地提升了特制涡轮流量计质量。
In order to measure the core flow,a new type of turbine flow meter,flow meter are introduced in this structure and usage scenarios,using tree graph,statistical tools such as the failure analysis of the flowmeter,the static parts and dynamic parts,magnetoelectricity conversion parts,respectively,the specific optimization measures,from the aspects of material,installation,inspection and process optimization of all,The optimized flowmeter was applied to the overall hydraulic test of ACP100P reactor.By comparing the results of CNP1000 test with statistical table,it can be seen that the failure rate of flowmeter decreased by about 14 times,which effectively proved the effectiveness of the optimization scheme proposed based on fault analysis and successfully improved the quality of the special turbine flowmeter.
