摘要
本文介绍一起大功率高压变频装置电缆外护套绝缘层破损的事故,通过对事故过程分析及对事故电缆的细致检查,从电缆质量、电缆选型等正常老化开裂,电缆感应电流、电晕放电、外护套放电、紧密敷设等内力积聚,格兰头、电缆夹具固定及冬季施工等外力积聚分析开裂原因,最终得出在电缆选型、安装等方面的直接原因,最后提出在设计、施工中类似工程应注意的事项。
This paper introduces an accident of cable outer sheath insulation damage of high-power high-voltage frequency converter.Through the analysis of the accident process and careful inspection of the accident cable,the causes of the crack are analyzed from the normal aging and cracking of cable quality and cable type selection,the accumulation of internal forces such as cable induced current,corona discharge,outer sheath discharge,tight laying,and the accumulation of external forces such as gland,cable clamp fixation and winter construction,Finally,the direct reasons for cable selection and installation are obtained,and the matters needing attention in the design and construction of similar projects are proposed.
