医教协同下临床医学本科生专业水平测试的分析与思考 被引量:1

Analysis and Reflection on Professional Level Test of Clinical Medical Undergraduates Under the Coordination of Medical Education

摘要 目的为科学测评武汉大学临床医学专业学生学业水平,促进院校医学教育教学改革。方法选取2021年5—8月武汉大学临床医学专业五年制四年级65名学生,分析其水平测试理论考试的整体得分情况、各知识板块得分情况和掌握率,技能考试的整体得分情况、各站点得分情况和掌握率。结果武汉大学理论考试成绩平均分数为(213.34±30.57)分,总通过率为84.62%(55/65),显著高于全国水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中医学人文掌握率最高76.03%,预防医学掌握率最低66.62%;技能考试平均成绩为(83.20±5.08)分,总通过率100%(65/65),显著高于国家水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中第六站掌握率最高84.55%,第一站掌握率最低80.45%。结论武汉大学2021年水平测试成绩较为理想,是积极落实医教协同深化临床医学人才培养改革的结果。 Objective To scientifically evaluate the academic level of clinical medical students and promote the reform of medical education and teaching in medical colleges.Methods A total of 65 students who were in the fourth grade of Wuhan University from May to August 2021 were selected to analyze overall scores,knowledge scores and master rate of theoretical examination and overall score,the site score and master rate of skill examination in undergraduate level test of clinical medicine specialty.Results The average score of theoretical examination was(213.34±30.57)points,and the total passing rate was 84.62%(55/65),which was significantly higher than the national level,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,the mastery rate of medical humanities was 76.03%which was highest,and that of preventive medicine was 66.62%which was lowest.The average score of skill test was(83.20±5.08)points,and the total passing rate was 100%(65/65),which was significantly higher than the national level,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,the mastery rate of the sixth station was 84.55%,which was highest,and that of the first station was 80.45%,which was lowest.Conclusion Wuhan University has made great achievements in actively implementing the cooperation of medical education and deepening the reform of clinical medical personnel training,and had satisfied results on undergraduate level test of clinical medicine specialty.
