摘要 目的研究角色扮演法在妇产科护理教学中的实践应用效果,总结教学经验,提高教学质量。方法选取2019年3月—2022年4月济南护理职业学院2017—2019级护理专业每个年级各2个班学生共313名作为本研究对象,采取聚类采样方法分为试验组和对照组。在妇产科护理教学中,试验组用角色扮演教学法,对照组用传统教学法。比较两组学生的理论测试、学生调查问卷、临床评价和反馈问卷、毕业临床技能操作考核等结果。结果试验组理论测试、毕业临床技能操作考核平均分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组在课堂互动、学习兴趣和主动性、对基础知识和疾病的理解和记忆、护患沟通能力、独立思考和自学能力、分析解决问题能力、创新思维能力、团队合作能力、病史采集、病例分析、综合素质等方面较对照组有明显优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论角色扮演法在妇产科护理教学中效果显著,学生综合素质提高。 Objective To study the application effect of roleplaying method in the teaching of gynecology and obstetrics nursing,summarize teaching experience and improve the quality of teaching.Methods A total of 313 students from six classes of 2017-2019 Nursing profession in Ji'nan Vocational College of Nursing from March 2019 to April 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into experimental group and control group by cluster sampling.In the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology nursing,roleplaying teaching method was used in experimental group and traditional teaching method was used in control group.The results of the theoretical test,student questionnaire,clinical evaluation and feedback questionnaire,and graduation clinical skills assessment of the two groups of students were compared.Results The average scores of the theoretical test and clinical skills operation assessment of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group had significant advantages over the control group in classroom interaction,learning interest and initiative,understanding and memory of basic knowledge and diseases,patient communication skills,independent thinking and self-learning ability,analytical problem solving ability,innovative thinking ability,teamwork ability,and medical history collection,case analysis and comprehensive quality,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Roleplaying method has a remarkable effect in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology nursing,and the comprehensive quality of students has been improved.
