摘要 如何提高硕士研究生培养质量一直是研究生教育改革与创新的重要课题。“问题·主题·课题”教学模式是一种由“问题导引”“主题教学”与“课题研究”相结合的立体联动式教学方法,是植根于研究生已有经验及能力提出的问题作为新知识学习起点,以主题引领教学内容,以课题研究作为切入点的问题解决教学模式。在教学实践中,该模式以学生为教学主体,教师为主导,通过查阅文献提出问题、选择与确立主题以及开展课题的形式,突出以问题为导向,模拟和还原临床检验诊断相关医学知识产生的过程,以最终达到特定具体医学知识是什么的高级认识。本文简述基于“问题·主题·课题”教学模式在临床检验诊断学硕士研究生培养中的应用和教学实践经验,以期为教学方法和教学理念创新提供思路。 How to improve the quality of postgraduate training has always been an important topic in the reform and innovation of postgraduate education.The“Question·Theme·Project”teaching mode is a threedimensional linkage teaching method that combines“question guidance”“theme teaching”and“project research”.It is a problem-solving teaching mode,which serve problems as the starting point for new knowledge learning,themes as the guide of the teaching content,and project research as penetration point.In teaching practice,this model takes students as the main body of teaching guided by teachers.By referring to the literature to ask questions,selecting and establishing themes,and carrying out the form of projects,it highlights the problem-oriented model,which simulates and restores the medical knowledge related to clinical examination and diagnosis,and ultimately reach a high-level understanding of what specific specific medical knowledge is.This paper briefly describes the application and teaching practice experience of the teaching model based on“Question·Theme·Project”in the cultivation of postgraduate students with major of clinical laboratory diagnostics,in order to provide ideas for the innovation of teaching methods and teaching concepts.
