基于互联网学习平台的混合式教学在病理生理学教学中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨基于超星学习平台的“线上+线下”混合式教学在病理生理学教学中的教学改革效果。方法选取2017级和2016级临床医学本科生9~12班共400名为教学研究对象,研究时间为2018年9月—2020年1月。2017级试验组采用“线上+线下”结合的混合式教学法,2016级对照组采用传统的讲授式教学法。将两组的期末考试成绩进行量化,对混合式教学的认知与评价进行问卷调查分析。结果问卷调查显示,试验组学生认可病理生理学“线上+线下”混合式教学改革,在基于团队的学习(team-based learning,TBL)教学中,试验组学生发言次数高于对照组,试验组平均分数高于对照组且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组学生期末总成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“线上+线下”混合式教学提高了2017级临床医学9~12班病理生理学科的期末成绩,充分调动了学生的积极性,增加了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生的主观能动性,为医学生未来的发展奠定重要基础。 Objective To explore the effect of teaching reform of"online+offline"hybrid teaching based on Chaoxing learning platform in pathophysiology teaching.Methods A total of 400 students in classes 9~12 of the 2017 and 2016 clinical medicine undergraduates were selected as the research objects,the research period was from September 2018 to January 2020.The 2017 experimental group adopted a hybrid teaching method combining"online+offline",and the 2016 control group adopted traditional teaching method.The final exam scores of the two groups were quantified,and a questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the cognition and evaluation of blended teaching.Results The questionnaire survey showed that the students in the experimental group accepted the"online+offline"hybrid teaching reform of pathophysiology.In the team-based learning(TBL)teaching,the number of speeches of the students in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the average score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total score of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The"online+offline"blended teaching improves the final grades of the 2017 clinical medicine class 9~12 pathophysiology subjects,improves students'motivation,increases students'interest in learning,and is conducive to cultivating students'autonomous learning ability to lay the foundation for the future development of medical students.
