“POA+混合式教学法”在临床实习生技能培训中的效果研究

摘要 目的研究临床实习生技能培训中“产出导向法(production-oriented approach,POA)+混合式教学法”的应用效果。方法选取2021年7月—2022年3月于大庆油田总医院进行临床实习的58名实习生,按随机数字表法分为对照组(29名)与试验组(29名),两组均以教学计划为依据实施教学,对照组采用传统教学模式,试验组采用POA+混合式教学法,对比两组教学满意度、理论知识考核成绩、技能操作考核成绩、评判性思维能力、自我导向学习能力及职业成熟度。结果试验组(96.55%)教学总满意率高于对照组(68.97%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,试验组理论知识、技能操作考核成绩均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,试验组学习行为、人际关系技能、学习评价、学习策略及学习意识评分均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,试验组寻找真相、求知欲、认知成熟度、评判自信心、系统化能力、分析能力及开放思想评分均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,试验组职业参照、职业自信、职业目标、职业自主、亲友依赖及职业价值均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床实习生技能培训中应用“POA+混合式教学法”,可促进教学满意度提高,提高实习生自我导向学习能力,并提高实习生评判性思维能力及职业成熟度。 Objective To study the application effect of"production-oriented approach(POA)+blended teaching method"in the skills training of clinical interns.Methods A total of 58 interns who performed clinical practice in Daqing Oilfield General Hospital from July 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into control group(29 cases)and experimental group(29 cases)according to the random number table method,and two groups Teaching was carried out based on the teaching plan,the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the experimental group adopted the POA+blended teaching method.The teaching satisfaction,theoretical knowledge assessment results,skill operation assessment results,critical thinking ability,self-directed learning ability and career maturity were compared between the two groups.Results The overall teaching satisfaction rate of the experimental group(96.55%)was higher than that of the control group(68.97%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of learning behavior,interpersonal skills,learning evaluation,learning strategies and learning awareness in the experimental group were higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of cognitive maturity,self-confidence in judgment,systematic ability,analytical ability and open-mindedness were all higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group had higher occupational reference,occupational selfconfidence,occupational goals,occupational autonomy,relatives and friends dependence and occupational Values were higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of"POA+blended teaching method"in clinical interns skills training can improve teaching satisfaction,improve interns'selfdirected learning ability,and improve interns'critical thinking ability and career maturity.
