Application of AI Combined With LBL"Double Teacher"Mode in the Practice of Coronary Heart Disease Probation Teaching for Undergraduates

摘要 目的探讨人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)技术应用于医学本科生冠心病见习教学中的效果。方法将昆明医科大学2020年7月—2021年7月医学影像学本科见习学生120名进行随机平均分组,试验组60名使用冠状动脉AI辅助诊断系统学习,对照组60名使用常规幻灯片教学,学习时间均为1课时。教学结束后对两组学生进行试题考察及问卷调查,比较教学效果。结果(1)试验组试卷答题总成绩(88.62±3.59)分;对照组(79.27±5.17)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。其中在对冠脉各分支识别中,试验组学生准确性得分(53.73±2.69)分,高于对照组(45.95±3.43)分;在对病变冠脉狭窄程度评判中,试验组学生准确性得分(17.40±2.17)分,高于对照组(15.33±2.60)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。在斑块性质判断上,试验组(17.48±2.15)分,对照组(17.98±2.27)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)问卷调查结果显示,试验组学生对冠脉AI的诊断效能,教学交互性、启发性、教学效果及教学总体评价等方面认为好/高的人数明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论冠状动脉AI在本科教学的使用,能极大提高教学效果,提高本科学生学习成绩,提升教学满意度。 Objective To explore the ability of artificial intelligence(AI)to improve the teaching and practice of coronary heart disease in medical undergraduates.Methods A total of 120 medical imaging undergraduate trainees from July 2020 to July 2021 of Kunming Medical University were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group(n=60)was taught with coronary AI assisted diagnosis system,and the control group(n=60)was taught with conventional slide teaching.At the end of the teaching,the two groups of students were investigated by test questions and questionnaire to compare the teaching effect.Results(1)The total score of the test paper in the experimental group was(88.62±3.59)points.The score of the control group was(79.27±5.17)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).In the identification of coronary branches,the accuracy of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group[(53.73±2.69)points vs(45.95±3.43)points].In the evaluation of the degree of coronary artery stenosis,the accuracy of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group[(17.40±2.17)points vs.(15.33±2.60)points,P<0.001].There was no significant difference in the judgment of plaque nature between the experimental group(17.48±2.15)points and the control group(17.98±2.27)points(P>0.05).(2)The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the number of students who thought that the diagnostic efficiency of coronary AI,teaching interactivity,inspiration,teaching effect and overall evaluation of teaching were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion The use of coronary AI in undergraduate teaching can greatly improve the teaching effect,improve the academic performance of undergraduate students,and enhance the teaching satisfaction,which is worthy of extensive promotion.
