摘要 目的探究与分析ADDIE教学理论[分析(Analysis)、设计(Design)、开发(Development)、实施(Implementation)、评估(Evaluation)]在住院医师规范化培训中的应用。方法采取随机数字表法对2020年3月—2021年6月在滨州医学院附属医院急诊科接受住院医师规范化培训的住院医师90名分组,各45名,对照组给予住院医师的常规规范化培训,观察组在其基础上加用了ADDIE教学理论,对比两组培训效果。结果观察组与对照组相比住院医师的临床理论知识成绩、操作技能成绩、形成性评价成绩均较高,住院医师认为能够提高自主学习能力、能够培养自主学习兴趣、能够提高自我表达能力、能够提高医患沟通能力、能够提高创新应变能力所占比例均较高,住院医师对培训方法的满意度较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对住院医师实施规范化培训期间加用ADDIE教学理论可明显提高培训成绩,满足更多的培训需求,且住院医师对该培训方法的满意度较高,更容易受到住院医师的接受及认可。 Objective To explore and analyze the application of ADDIE teaching theory(Analysis,Design,Development,Implementation,and Evaluation)in the standardized training of residents.Methods A total of 90 residents who received standardized training for residents in the department of emergency of Binzhou Medical University Hospital from March 2020 to June 2021 were divided into 45 residents in each group by random number table method.The control group was given routine standardized training for residents,and the observation group was given ADDIE teaching theory on the basis of routine standardized trainin,and the training effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the results of clinical theoretical knowledge,operational skills and formative evaluation of residents in the observation group were higher.The proportion of residents who believed that they could improve their autonomous learning ability,cultivate their interest in autonomous learning,improve their self-expression ability,improve their doctor-patient communication ability and improve their innovative adaptability was higher.Residents had higher satisfaction with the training method.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The addition of ADDIE teaching theory during the implementation of standardized training for residents can significantly improve the training performance and meet more training needs,and residents are more satisfied with the training method and are more likely to be accepted and recognized by residents.
