儿科医师规范化培训中开展课程思政的现状分析与对策 被引量:2

摘要 在住院医生在规范化培训的过程中不仅需要专业基础扎实和临床能力精湛,更要树立正确的价值观念,课程思政起着不可或缺的作用。儿科医师工作风险高、难度大、医患矛盾突出,所以在工作中,更要有人文关怀,而目前儿科住院医师规范化培训过程中对思政教育的重视程度不够,且思想政治教育与专业知识分离。文章通过分析并提出挖掘思政元素,提升课程质量;提高临床带教老师的思政水平;思政教育与专业学习相结合;将思政教育成果纳入评价体系等方式方法,提高儿科规范化培训学员的人文素养。临床教师应提高自身思想政治觉悟,在带教过程中深入挖掘临床工作中蕴含的思政元素,提高教学质量,真正做到在潜移默化中培养儿科医学生的仁人之心,为社会主义儿科事业的建设培养坚实贡献力量。 In the process of standardized training,residents should not only have a solid professional foundation and excellent clinical ability,but also set up correct values.Curriculum ideology and politics play an indispensable role.The work of pediatricians is highly risky,difficult and the doctor-patient conflict is prominent,so humanistic care is more necessary in the work.However,ideological and political education is not paid enough attention in the standardized training process of pediatric residents,and ideological and political education is separated from professional knowledge.This paper analyzes and puts forward the exploration of ideological and political elements to improve the quality of curriculum.Improve the ideological and political level of clinical teachers.Combining ideological and political education with professional learning.The results of ideological and political education will be included in the evaluation system and other methods to improve the humanistic quality of standardized pediatric training students.Clinical teachers should improve their own ideological and political consciousness,dig deep into the ideological and political elements contained in clinical work in the teaching process,improve the quality of teaching,and truly cultivate the humane heart of pediatric medical students in a subtle way,so as to make solid contributions to the construction of socialist pediatric cause.
