数字信息技术背景下财会职业教育人才培养调查研究

Investigation and Research on Accounting Vocational Education Talent Training in the Context of Digital Information Technology

针对数字信息技术背景下的财会职业教育,通过调查问卷的方式,对财会职业教育的人才管理、制度创新、培育体系进行分析,应用SPSS分析软件对问卷数据的信度与效度进行检验,提出数字信息技术创新型财会人才培养的措施,以促进财会职业教育的人才培养质量的提升。

In allusion to the accounting vocational education in the context of digital information technology,the talent management,system innovation,and training system of accounting vocational education are analyzed through questionnaires,SPSS is utilized to test the reliability and validity of questionnaire data,and the measures to cultivate innovative accounting talents in the context of digital information technology are put forward,so as to improve the talent training quality of accounting vocational education.
