摘要
后疫情时代,高校师生关系疏离的问题日益凸显,师生发展取向也愈加功利化,为此亟需回归“以人育人”的教育初心,挖掘高素质应用型人才培养的新路径。本文旨在研究通过口译队打造高校师生合作学习共同体的可行性,并借助问卷调查法研究口译队人才培养的实效。研究发现在师生共同体理念下建设的口译队,可以成为“知识传授、能力培养和价值塑造”三位一体育人理念的有效载体,通过“以训促学”、“评学结合”发挥师生双主体性,增强学生的学习动机、职业素养和翻译能力,提升教师的教学和治学水平,助力师生共同持续发展,为地区输送高质量的语言服务人才。
During the COVID-19 pandemic,the teacher-student relationship in colleges and universities has become increasingly alienated and utilitarian.Therefore,it is imperative that higher education return to its original aspiration of“educating people with people”and explore new ways to foster high-quality talents.This paper attempts to research the feasibility of building a teacher-student community of cooperative learning through the interpretation team,and use a questionnaire survey to study its effects in talent cultivation.It is found that the interpretation team can serve as an effective carrier of“knowledge,competence and values”,give full play to the dual subjectivity of teachers and students through practice and feedback to seek common and sustainable development,and foster high-quality language service professionals for regional development.
