摘要
随着人口老龄化的日益加剧以及公共卫生资源的短缺,养老问题已经引起社会的广泛关注。居家医疗护理模式能够缓解因人口老龄化引起的医疗资源紧缺的局面。以居家医疗护理人员路径与调度问题为研究对象,考虑医护人员工作负荷的均衡需求以及服务对象对服务水平要求的不同,建立了以最小化医护人员总工作时间为目标的机会约束规划模型。针对该问题的特点,设计了基于全邻域搜索的模因算法进行求解。在算例实验中,所提模型与算法给出了较优的解决方案,与其他方法的对比结果进一步表明了所提模型与算法的有效性。所提模型与算法为解决居家医疗护理人员路径与调度问题提供了思路。
With the increasing aging of the population and the shortage of public health resources,the issue of old-age care has aroused widespread concern in the society.The home health care mode can alleviate the shortage of medical resources caused by the aging population.Taking the routing and scheduling problem of the staff for home health care as the research object,and considering the workload balance demand of the staff and the different requirements of service objects on service level,a chance-constrained programming model with the goal of minimizing the total working time of the staff for home health care is established.According to the characteristics of this problem,a memetic algorithm based on full neighborhood search is designed to solve it.In the case experiment,the proposed model and algorithm give a better solution,and the comparison results with other methods further show the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm.The proposed model and algorithm provide a way to solve the routing and scheduling problem of the staff for home health care.
