中国式教育现代化的演进逻辑与路向前瞻

The Evolutionary Logic of Chinese Education Modernization and the Way Forward

中国式教育现代化是教育理念、教育制度、教育普及、教育体系、教育保障、教育媒介、教育治理等方面现代性不断彰显的过程。通过考察这些教育要素的变迁,文章将中国式教育现代化的历程大致分为四个阶段:晚清民国时期传统教育向现代教育的转型与阻滞、新中国成立到改革开放前中国式教育现代化的探索与受挫、改革开放到上世纪末中国式教育现代化的重启与调适、新世纪头二十年中国式教育现代化的铺展与完善。进入新时代,中国式教育现代化开始向2035年总体建成的目标迈进,中国式教育现代化呈现出教育目标使命化、教育生态优良化、教育体系优质化、教育制度标准化、教育治理协同化、教育保障有力化、教育媒介数字化的特点。

Chinese education modernization is a process of continuous manifestation of modernity in educational philosophy,educational system,educational popularization,educational system,educational security,educational media,and educational governance.By examining the changes of these educational elements,the course of Chinese education modernization is roughly divided into four stages:the transformation and stumbling of traditional education to modern education in the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China,the exploration and frustration of Chinese education modernization from the founding of New China to the reform and opening up,the restart and adjustment of Chinese education modernization from the reform and opening up to the end of the last century,and the spread and improvement of Chinese education modernization in the first two decades of the new century.In the new era,Chinese education modernization has started to move toward the goal of overall completion by 2035,and it is characterized by mission-oriented education goals,excellent education ecology,high-quality education system,standardized education system,collaborative education governance,strong education guarantee,and informationization of education media.
